Founder & CEO
As the CEO of Safe Tyres, I'm proud to say that I've been in the tyre industry since 1981. I started my career at Firestone, where I worked for eight years, starting on the order desk and then moving up to become a sales representative after a year of learning tyre sizes and visiting factories. With experience in passenger, truck, and earthmoving tyres, I became the manager of a tyre shop in Boksburg, where I continued to gain knowledge and experience. In 1996, I took over shares in Safeway and have been leading the company ever since. We branched out and opened Safe Tyres in August 2018. I'm passionate about providing high-quality tyres and exceptional customer service to all of our clients, and I'm committed to the continued success of our company.

I have a deep passion for tyres. Growing up, my dad owned and managed several tyre shops, which gave me a lot of exposure to the industry. After spending some time at university, I realised that my true passion lay in tyres and customer communication. That's why I joined the Safe Tyres team in 2022, and I've been loving every moment of it. I've been learning a lot about earthmoving tyres, and I'm excited to continue growing in this field.

Over the past 2 years, I am proud to be a part of the Safe Tyres Team, where I have been able to apply my and passion for the industry. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my furry friends and exploring the great outdoors.
